Artemai Solutions provides strategic advisory and consulting services to nonprofit and mission-driven organizations.

Due to the nature of professional services, the following policies apply.

Consultation Sessions - For scheduled consultation sessions:

• Sessions cancelled at least 24      hours in advance may be rescheduled. 
• Cancellations with less than 24      hours' notice may not be refunded.
• Advisory Engagements - For consulting engagements,      including assessments or advisory projects:
• Scope, payment terms, and      deliverables are defined in a signed engagement agreement. 
• Fees paid for completed services      are non-refundable. 

If an engagement is terminated early, payment obligations remain as defined in the agreement.
